Lis Wiehl

Lis Werhl is a journalist for NBC News as well as National Public Radio's All Things Considered. She was previously employed by NBC News as a journalist and for National Public Radio's All Things Considered. Her best-selling New York Times books include Hunting Charles Manson, The Quest for Justice. Lis Was Wiehl was is a Washington native born in Yakima and educated with her family by their parents. She graduated with a MA in English literature from Queensland University, Australia in 1985. Harvard Law School awarded her an honorary doctorate in 1987.
